Angraecum ‘Lady Lisa’ is a monopodial orchid with leathery leaves. The subsequential, thick leaves that are arranged in the form of a fan, develop into a stem-like structure when the plant reaches maturity. The leaves are somewhat folded inwards and have a deep green color. During the summer this species is able to produce flowers. They arise on a somewhat slender, pendant inflorescence. Per inflorescence, a maximum of three flowers could be expected. The flowers grow out to around six centimeters in size. At night, the flowers give a pleasant, fresh scent. The labellum of the flowers is relatively broad and almost in every case bright white. The rest of the flower is star shaped and could show, other than white, some faint green coloration. Like many species within this genus, it produces a long spur at the back. Propagating this orchid is challenging. Separating younger plants at the base from mature mother plants is possible, or wait for infrequently produced keiki’s.
