Hoya verticillata comes from India and Malaysia where it grows on trees in the rain forest. The original plant which Araflora has used for propagation came from the near the border between Laos and China. Hoya verticillata flowers in spring, producing a spray of blooms that can consist of 30-50 individual flowers. It gives off a strong, sweet scent particularly in the evening and grows quickly.
