Begonia polka dot pink is native to the tropics of Brazil. Begonia polka dot pink is sometimes called โAngel Wingโ begonia. This begonia is an upright cane-type begonia. Their wing-like leaves are dramatic in shape and in colour, the top of the leaves are dark green and decorated with pink dots. The bottom of the leaves are coloured in a contrasting dark red. What makes the plant even more striking are the flowers. When in bloom, pink bell-like flowers hang below the leaves in small clusters, it is truly a statement plant! However, Araflora advises to keep Begonia polka dot pink out of reach from pets or little children, since it is poisonous when ingested.
