The Amorphophallus atroviridis is originally from Thailand. Even though ‘atroviridis’ means dark green in Latin, the leaves give a nice, purple red glow. The leaves connect to the stem which then connects to the dark brown root of the plant. During spring and summer this plant in in full bloom and shows small pink and white flowers.
